When you visit Coimbatore the only trouble you will have in planning your trip is figuring out where to start. There is something for everyone to do who visits the city. There are many locations of religious importance, including many temples that are open to visitors. For example, just 10km from the city is Eachanari Vinaygar Temple, home to one of the largest deities in south India. It is one of the oldest temples in the area, dated to 1500A.D.
